Why should I hire a professional assembler or installer?

Why should I hire a professional assembler or installer?

"Why Should You Hire a Professional Assembler or Installer?"

Here are four qualities that impact furniture or product assembly success:

  1. Patience
  2. Tools
  3. Time
  4. Experience
  • If you don't have enough Patience to read and follow the directions, all the tools, time, or even experience you may have could yield poor results.
  • Easy assembly "all the tools you need are a screw driver, a pair of pliers and a hammer." If you believe this, you're in for a BIG surprise.
  • The time it takes the average person to assemble a product is about five times that of a seasoned professional, sometimes more.
  • Make sure the money you spend on your furniture or products will go a long way! Hire someone with Patience, Tools, Time and Experience - someone who has what it takes to put your new furniture or products together right the first time.
Several studies have shown it can take the average person up to 8 times longer to assemble a product if at all than what it would an experienced assembly technician. Most of our clients want to enjoy their time off from their busy work schedule, not spend an entire weekend "trying" to put together the new entertainment center that looked so beautiful already assembled in the store.

Why deal with the dissatisfaction of someone with no experience assembling your furniture.

Hello Everyone!

My name is Michael and I am the General Manager of PDQ (Pretty Damn Quick) Assembly & Design, LLC. Our company will begin actual operation in the first week of March. We will be providing furniture, office, exercise, & outdoor playset assembly as well as Kitchen Cabinet assembly & installation including design. Our design services are actually available for the entire home. Besides the above mentioned we will be providing Handyman services that range from painting to pressure washing and everything in between. We will be providing our services to both residential and commercial.

I was hired as General Manager because I have over 15 years marketing expierience and also owned and operated several contracting companies in California. I believe it is very important to let your clients and the public in general know that we are a company that values their business and opinion and have no problem answering their questions or accepting creative criticism. I also strongly believe that you are only as good as your last project. I can assure you that as long as I am GM customer service will will run neck to neck for first place with quality workmanship.

I did not take this position for the money, I took it because the owners don't have any but have a real passion to succeed by making this company the very best it could ever possibly be. Both owners are prior contractors and have over 30 years combined expierence in residental repair, and both have over 5 years of furniture assembly. As a team we intend to make the company number one in every aspect possible. We have already decided we will operate every day of the week and late nights upon client request. We currently have a total of 4 trained technicians and one Project Manager. All technicians are subject to random drug testing and are required to participate in at least two continuing education/training per calendar year. We guarantee all workmanship for a minimum of sixty (60) days, and do not consider the project complete until the client agrees. We have already recieved appointments from several commercial clients requesting assembly and/or installation of Ikea, Crate & Barrel, Bush, and Studio RTA.

Our pricing structure is different from a majority of the companies I looked at. We do not charge a per hour or per piece charge, we have decided that 1/3 of the retail cost for our services was fair. However, our Design and kitchen cabinet services will require an estimate, most can be given a price quote after speaking to our Project Manager. We are offering a 10% discount upon opening. Please feel free to email us with any questions or visit our new website at www.pdqassemblyanddesign.com.

It is my intention to post at least a few times a week while providing intresting stories and related store sales. I sincerly hope to have you and your family as clients. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
